Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchases but if you are not, we are happy to refund or exchange items.
All we ask is that you return any items to us unworn, in the same condition that you received them and with all the original labels and packaging in tact. We always want you to be happy with your purchases so if have any questions or wish to discuss a purchase please Contact Us. To be eligible for a return, you must have a receipt or proof of purchase and return the item(s) to us within 30 calendar days from the date you received them.
Pointe shoes and demi pointes specifically, are only eligible for a refund or exchange if the shoes have not had any ribbon or elastics sewn in place, not been danced in or broken in. These shoes must be returned in a saleable condition, in other words, as you would wish to purchase them yourself. Unfortunately dance tights, transition, footed or footless are unable to be returned if they have been tried on or worn.
Please give us a call or send us an email first if you intend to return items via Royal Mail or a courier service to our shop in Lichfield so that we know what to expect and are able to put aside alternative items should you require an exchange.
Alternatively, items can be returned in person to our shop in Lichfield. If you choose to send garments back to us via Royal Mail we strongly suggest that you obtain a free proof of postage certificate from the Post Office, as unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for any parcel(s) that go missing.
We will contact you once we have received your item(s) and if your return meets the guidelines set out above, we will refund you by your original means of payment. Refunds cover the costs of the garments only. Shipping costs, whether they are for receiving or returning items is the purchaser’s responsibility.
If an item is personalised or specifically made to order it cannot be returned or refunded unless it is faulty.
